CHESAPEAKE BAY WATERSHED CAMPAIGN

For 2022 Fly Fishers International (FFl) is planning a Chesapeake Bay Watershed campaign consisting of a series of films, a podcast miniseries as well as an entire edition of the magazine, Fly Fisher, devoted to the watershed.

The third stop in the series of the Chesapeake Tales road trip landed in smallmouth bass country, Harper’s Ferry, West Virginia.  The Braker Bros, video creators, and Andrew Reichardt met up with Pamela Caldwell Dunlap and Mark Frondorf (the Shenandoah Riverkeeper), floated a section of the Shenandoah River, caught some smallies on the fly, learned about the state of the smallmouth bass fishery, and talked about the growing number of women anglers joining the world of fly fishing.

This fall the Chesapeake Tales will be released beginning with the podcasts and film series.
